10. Period of storage of personal data

The personal data processed and stored in order to allow a correct use of the website are processed and kept for a period not exceeding 12 months starting from the date of the single collection;

Personal data processed for the purpose of setting preferences are processed and stored for a period of time not exceeding 24 months from collection;

The personal data processed for contractual and pre-contractual purposes are processed for a period of time not exceeding 10 years from the termination of the effects of the contract, in the event that the contract is concluded, and, in the case of mere pre-contractual negotiations, for a period not more than 10 years from the termination of the negotiations;

Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the interested party has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also providing a supplementary declaration, in compliance with art. 16 of the GDPR;
  • Right to data deletion, including the right to revoke consent: the data subject has the right to obtain from the Data Controller the deletion of personal data concerning him without unjustified delay and the Data Controller is obliged to delete data without unjustified delay personal, or to revoke their consent, if the reasons defined by art. 17 of the GDPR. With regard to the right to revocation, the interested party also has the right to revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
